Ray Rogers Handcrafted Knives

Sujihiki Style 6123

This is my interpretation of a Sujihiki. The blades are carbon steel with a hamon, 11" long, very hard and very thin. The 'trigger' style handles were by customer request, the spacer is turquoise. A piece of radial pattern damascus was used for the guards.

As with all my kitchen knives, it can be made in a stub tang, full tang, or 3-finger handle design. Blades can be carbon steel or stainless in most any practical length.
